Unless you've been living under a rock for the past few months, you've probably heard of "Profit First," the badass cash management system for entrepreneurs.
If you haven't checked it out, here it is on Amazon. <-- this is NOT an affiliate link. I don't participate in any affiliate programs or accept paid endorsements. I do this so that when I recommend something, you know it's because I actually believe in the product and not because I'm trying to stuff a few extra dollars in my pocket.
Profit First was published back in 2014, but only recently did it become one of the most talked about financial systems for therapists in private practice. I've personally been using the Profit First system for both of my businesses since March of 2017, and it's been a total gamechanger for me.
I've heard from a lot of my readers that they've bought the book, but they struggle when it comes to figuring out how to actually implement the Profit First system in their practices. I'll admit - it can be confusing AF when you first read about the TAPS, CAPS, and then try to complete the Instant Assessment. Most therapists just throw their hands up and call it a day when they get to page 62 in the book.
Well, last week I did a live training in my private Facebook community, which is reserved only for my students who have gone through my flagship program, "60-Days to Your BadAss Therapy Practice" (which opens for enrollment of cohort #4 in Februrary 2018!). I got such great feedback on the video that I've decided to share it on my blog so that you could also learn how the Profit First system can help you grow your practice.
Before you watch the video you'll want to download and print off the free Profit First Instant Assessment Form, which can be found Here. We go over it line-by-line around 30:04 of the video.
So consider this an early Christmas gift - my way of saying thanks for keeping up with Your BadAss Therapy Practice.
There's a lot of cool shit coming your way in 2018, and I look forward to sharing it all with you. Now sit back, relax, and get your learning cap on because class is in session.
